A patient can manually connect to a practice from his/her MyMedicalLocker™ account if the practice has created a key for this patient, but did NOT email the key. If the practice has provided a printed key, the patient can manually connect with the below steps:
Navigate to Account > Connected Practices

Click the ‘Connect to a Practice’ button.

Enter the 9 digit access code provided by your practice. Once complete click 'Next'.

Complete the required information on the next popup.

Note: The required information is based on your practice.
After you have verified the information is correct, click 'Connect'.
