You were given a 9 digit Access Token
If your practice printed off a letter that contained a 9 digit access token, use this method to get access to your medical records.
Click on 'Sign Up' on the login screen.
Enter your User ID (the email or phone number given to your doctor's office), click the captcha box and then click 'Create Account'.
Next, confirm your User ID by clicking the 'Finish Registration' link within the verification email or text sent to you. On the next page asking if you have an Account Key, click 'Yes.'
Enter your Account Key and click 'Next'.
Verify all of the info that appears on the connection screen.
After the information has been verified you will be asked to provide a password. Click 'Finish' to complete your MyMedicalLocker Account
